We do not use the website to offer any personalized treatment and all interactions are through safe and reputed online platforms such as zoom, gmail, whatsapp and others. However we are not responsible for the digital security of these third party portals. We shall take responsibility for any technical problems like Wifi or electricity trouble on our side only. We are committed to maintaining medical confidentiality except when the law or the safety of anyone concerned are being seriously compromised by doing so.

CANCELLATION/REFUND POLICY: All payments made to us for various services are non-refundable and if any planned session is postponed or cancelled less than 24 hours from the starting time of scheduled session by you it is counted as a missed session and not refunded as that’s a total loss of treatment time that could have helped another patient. However in case we need to cancel a session with a notice of clearly less than 24 hours from our end we will offer you a refund (in 5-7 working days) or another slot/membership/study session in its place at an earliest acceptable time.
